Where is it hosted and what support is offered?

Palm sites are hosted by the Palm CMS team allowing easy and fast support if needed. Our fully equipped servers include automated back-ups, high performance, and 99.9% guaranteed up time. Our team is familiar with all aspects of our system and our hosting servers. We are ready to provide any assistance, if needed.

You can visit our Knowledgebase for information and feature guides. In addition, we have a library of videos showing off various features and offering you demonstrations of how to perform various tasks with Palm. You can also read our team if you have specific questions or need special assistance you can contact us by email: service@palmcms.com or visit our support site and open a ticket.

How do I login and access my site's admin system?

Once our team has set-up your Palm CMS Site, you will be given a URL to reach the Admin portion of your website. This is the system that exists in the background and allows you to build your site, easily update and manage your content, and take advantage of the dozens of other features.

How is it set-up?

Your Palm CMS Site is set up immediately and is done entirely by our highly skilled team. As soon as it is set-up we provide you the information required to get started building your site. If you have an existing website and want to keep it live while you work on this one you will receive information regarding how to access and build your new site while your current one is still live.

We can assist you in setting up a new domain name if needed. If you already have a domain name you want to use for your Palm Site, you can transfer it any time.

What is Required?

Your website itself will be fully functional and viewable on all browsers and operating systems. However, Firefox or Internet Explorer is required for building/managing your website in our Admin system.
